THE KNOWLEDGE GAP

Treatment knowledge shouldn't live in memory.

Manuals are hard to use mid-treatment

Critical guidance exists — but not where the operator needs it.

Experience stays with the operator

Useful settings and clinical judgment are rarely documented for reuse.

Each case starts almost from scratch

Previous settings and outcomes are difficult to connect to the next case.

PerforMed turns each documented treatment into an organized clinic record.

Give every treatment room its own protocol assistant.

Run PerforMed on an iPhone or iPad and keep your clinic's protocol library where it is needed most — beside the operator during treatment.

HOW IT WORKS · 75 SECONDS

Upload. Search. Document. Improve.

Start with the protocols your clinic already trusts, then add clinic-authored records as your team documents treatments and records the outcomes it assesses.

Document & Record outcome

Record a new case when the clinic wants to document the treatment and later record its own assessment of the outcome.

Returning patient? The last documented parameters are shown for reference. Typical workflow times vary by device, treatment and case complexity.

COMPLETE TREATMENT DOCUMENTATION

Document the whole treatment — not just the device.

Capture the complete sequence behind your clinic's treatment protocols — including additional devices, injectables, topicals, and skincare — so the knowledge you preserve reflects how the treatment is actually delivered.

DOCUMENTED DURING TREATMENT

Recorded once, during treatment. Copied to the patient card.

Every step of the sequence is documented as the operator works on the Treatment Room Terminal. When the session ends, the complete treatment record is ready to copy and paste into the patient card in your clinic's patient record software — or to send or download as a PDF. No retyping after the treatment.

Time your operators spend on manual documentation today goes back to the patient.

Your protocol is more than a parameter set. It's the way your clinic delivers the treatment.

EASY CLINIC SETUP · 40 SECONDS

Quick to start. No integrations or technical setup.

PerforMed is designed for clinic-led onboarding. No connection to your EHR, device software, or other clinic systems is required to begin. The pilot runs on your own devices and manuals, at no cost and with no card.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Private by design. Your patients stay with the clinic.

Patient identity and photographs are created and kept only on your Treatment Room Terminal, encrypted and under your control. PerforMed is built on a hard split. Everything that identifies a patient — the photos and the identity alike — stays on the clinic's Treatment Room Terminal. What reaches the cloud is de-identified protocol knowledge: the device, the settings, the outcome. Never the person.

De-identified by design

The cloud dataset is built without the identifiers listed in the HIPAA Safe Harbor method: no names, no dates tied to a person, no photos, no identifying numbers.

Encrypted on the device

Patient photos and identity are sealed with AES-256-GCM. The key lives in the iOS Keychain, bound to the device passcode, never exported.

Hosted in the EU

De-identified clinical data is stored in Frankfurt.

Developed in collaboration with plastic surgery teams at leading Israeli hospitals.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Alon Efrat

Founder, Oriento Medical

Alon Efrat is the founder of Oriento Medical, the company behind PerforMed.

With nearly 12 years of experience in the aesthetic medical technology industry, Alon has worked across the full journey of medical technologies — from product development and clinical education to global commercialization, strategic partnerships, and adoption by clinics worldwide.

Before founding Oriento Medical, Alon served as VP of Global Business Development and a member of the management team at Alma Lasers / Sisram Medical. Earlier, he led Alma Surgical, where he was involved in the development and global commercialization of technologies including FemiLift, BeautiFill and Alma Hybrid.

Throughout his career, Alon worked closely with physicians, clinical teams, R&D departments, compliance professionals, medical educators, manufacturers and commercial organizations across the US, Europe, China and other international markets.

That experience repeatedly highlighted an important gap: while medical technologies continue to advance, much of the practical knowledge of how to use them effectively for different skin profiles is still accumulated through individual clinical experience — and often remains fragmented between device manuals, training, individual operators and undocumented treatment decisions.

Alon founded Oriento Medical to help bridge that gap.

Its first platform, PerforMed, helps clinics organize manufacturer documentation, clinic-authored protocols and staff-recorded treatment experience into a structured, searchable knowledge base. Clinic personnel maintain and update this information over time.

The vision behind PerforMed extends beyond aesthetic medicine: to help clinical teams preserve practical experience as structured, searchable documentation that can be maintained and applied more consistently.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions clinics ask before starting a pilot.

PerforMed is qualified as non-device software under the EU Medical Device Regulation. It documents and retrieves decisions made by qualified operators and does not recommend treatment parameters.

Is PerforMed a medical device?

No. Under the EU Medical Device Regulation (2017/745) and the MDCG 2019-11 guidance, PerforMed is qualified as non-device software. It is an information system for uploading, documenting and searching clinical protocols. It does not diagnose, generate clinical insights or recommend treatment parameters.

Which energy-based devices does PerforMed work with?

Any laser, IPL, radiofrequency, RF microneedling, ultrasound or plasma device for which your clinic holds the operator manual. PerforMed is independent of device manufacturers and does not connect to device software; it structures the manual you upload and the protocols your clinic documents.

Does PerforMed suggest treatment settings?

No. PerforMed shows only what was written by your clinic or by the device manufacturer: the presets your medical director defines, the protocols your operators document, and the official manual. Deciding whether a patient is a candidate and selecting parameters remains the sole responsibility of the qualified practitioner.

Does it integrate with my EHR or clinic management software?

No integration is required to start, and none is needed to run. PerforMed works as a standalone system alongside whatever software your clinic already uses.

Where is patient data stored?

Patient photos and identity never leave the clinic's Treatment Room Terminal; they are encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM and the key is bound to the iOS Keychain. Only de-identified protocol data — device, settings, outcome — reaches the cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.

Can I document combination treatments?

Yes. A clinic protocol can include the primary energy-based treatment plus additional devices, injectables, topicals and skincare, documented as one sequence with timing and post-treatment steps.

How does the 30-day pilot work?

The pilot is free and requires no card. It covers one location, one Treatment Room Terminal, one treatment device and up to four applicators. After 30 days you can move to a paid plan or continue in Read & Search mode for 30 days, with your clinic's accumulated information still available.

Is PerforMed available in my country?

PerforMed is currently offered to clinics in Israel and selected international markets. It is not offered in the United States.
