PerforMed is built on a hard split. Everything that identifies a patient — the photos and the identity alike — stays on the clinic's Treatment Room Terminal. What reaches the cloud is de-identified protocol knowledge: the device, the settings, the outcome. Never the person.

De-identified by designThe cloud dataset is built without the identifiers listed in the HIPAA Safe Harbor method: no names, no dates tied to a person, no photos, no identifying numbers.
Encrypted on the devicePatient photos and identity are sealed with AES-256-GCM. The key lives in the iOS Keychain, bound to the device passcode, never exported.
Hosted in the EUDe-identified clinical data is stored in Frankfurt.

Alon Efrat

Founder, Oriento Medical

Alon Efrat is the founder of Oriento Medical, the company behind PerforMed.

With nearly 12 years of experience in the aesthetic medical technology industry, Alon has worked across the full journey of medical technologies — from product development and clinical education to global commercialization, strategic partnerships, and adoption by clinics worldwide.

Before founding Oriento Medical, Alon served as VP of Global Business Development and a member of the management team at Alma Lasers / Sisram Medical. Earlier, he led Alma Surgical, where he was involved in the development and global commercialization of technologies including FemiLift, BeautiFill and Alma Hybrid.

Throughout his career, Alon worked closely with physicians, clinical teams, R&D departments, compliance professionals, medical educators, manufacturers and commercial organizations across the US, Europe, China and other international markets.

That experience repeatedly highlighted an important gap: while medical technologies continue to advance, much of the practical knowledge of how to use them effectively for different skin profiles is still accumulated through individual clinical experience — and often remains fragmented between device manuals, training, individual operators and undocumented treatment decisions.

Alon founded Oriento Medical to help bridge that gap.

Its first platform, PerforMed, is designed to turn clinical treatment experience and outcomes into self-learning, structured, reusable protocol knowledge. By combining manufacturer guidance with the clinic's own accumulated treatment experience, PerforMed helps clinics build a private protocol system they can reuse, standardize and continuously improve over time.

The vision behind PerforMed extends beyond aesthetic medicine: to create a new clinical intelligence layer that helps transform practical medical experience into structured knowledge that can be preserved, learned from and applied more consistently.
